Sanskreti is an eco-friendly island heritage resort on the Vembanad backwaters, grown over 25 years from a family home on Kallanchery Island. The property is accessed by boat and shaped around the land, water, and village life of Kumbalanghi -- not built from scratch but carved from it.
The resort's restaurant, The Lilly's, takes its name from the family matriarch Lillykutty, whose fresh-caught local seafood became the property's original reputation. A dedicated Ayurvedic spa (Parampara) is opening under the guidance of co-founder Dr. Dhanya Mathew.
Veritas is engaged as the property's advisory partner, working directly with the ownership to review commercial performance, operational governance, and revenue positioning.
Veritas operates on a strict one-client-per-destination model and does not disclose the existence of engagements without client consent. Sanskreti The Heritage is named here with the explicit agreement of the ownership.
